Between Ecruteak and Violet Cities. I was passed the fork to go to Goldenrod.

She looks a bit better now that she's out of the cold and her team are being taken care of in the Pokecenter.

It scrambled my Gear when I got near it. And I'm guessing it's a steel type, or looks like one.
